Brandi passante made an instant star after her performance on A&E's reality series 'StorageWars.' It also included Jarrod Schulz who was her boyfriend of many years and now husband. In the show, the contents of storage units on which the rent has not been paid for three months are offered for auction. Brandi and Jarrod who run the "Now and Then" thrift shop in Orange, California participated in the auction in hopes to purchase storage units for a low price. The couple had no idea they would make them reality-TV superstars. They were very diplomatic with their offers throughout the entire show and became one of the main actors. Following they appeared on the T.V. reality show, they were successful in increasing the size of their store. Following their appearance on the show 'Storage wars', the spin-off show "Brandi and Jarrod: Married to the Job" was created specifically for their show.
